Therapeutic Yoga for Ease of Movement specialty class on Saturday March 25th from 2:30-3:45 pm. If you’d like to learn more about your own unique breath, movement and tension holding patterns and how to make improvements in these to reduce strain in your body and enjoy your practice more fully—this is a workshop for you. It is appropriate for all fitness levels—from the experienced yogi to those with no experience. The class will include an ending restorative guided meditation practice. Space is limited.
